How to Manage Invoices with Customers

1. Login to Loamy Dashboard.


2. Navigate to the Finances page by selecting it on the left-hand navigation menu.

3. Select the Sales tab in Finance.

4. Find the order you want to generate an invoice for, and select the three dots for that order.



5. Select Download Invoice. You can then easily save and share the invoice with your customer. 



6. Once the invoice has been shared, you can then update the invoice status by selecting the three dots again and clicking Update Status



7. Verify the Invoice # is correct (it will automatically increment up from the previous invoice number), and then change status to Invoice Sent. Once complete, select Update. Now you will see a due date for that invoice based on the payment terms from the sales order. 



8. Once you receive payment, you can then go back to update the status again to Invoice Paid
