- Navigate to Sales Orders.
- Go to the relevant sales order that you want to ship out the product for.
- Select Edit Sales Order.
- Scroll down to the Product, and select Add Purchase Order Link.
- Choose which purchase order you want to pull product from, and enter the quantity you are pulling from that order. Then scroll up and hit Save.
- Go to the Sales Order Schedule and find Pickup. Click the three dot menu next to it and select Edit.
- Link the freight on the order that you have already added.
- Confirm the quantity and weight. Any added details can be added by entering them into Notes (such as Check In/Check Out times, Seal Numbers, etc.) By adding them on the Pickup entry, these items will show up on the Bill of Lading.
- Download the Bill of Lading by hitting the three dot menu next to Pickup, and selecting Download BOL.
- Print the file or download and share the BOL directly.
